The Swiss Water decaffeination process utilizes green coffee extract to naturally derive the caffeine out of the pre-roasted coffee beans. Coffee is first rehydrated before being ran through a system of carbon filters for 8-10 hours with the gce that removes 99.9% of the caffeine. The coffee is then dried, bagged, and ready to roast.
