The Swiss Water Process is a natural way of removing caffeine from coffee without using chemicals. It works by soaking coffee beans in hot water to draw out caffeine and flavor, then filtering the water to remove only the caffeine while keeping the flavor compounds. The beans are then reintroduced to this flavor-rich water, which pulls out more caffeine but leaves the taste intact. The result is coffee that is about 99.9% caffeine-free while still maintaining its original flavor.
