Always willing to push the boundaries, the Mendez family is famous for their proprietary growing methods. This lot is especially unique, due to their experimentation with shade trees and soil composition. This coffee is a classic washed blend with a light malic acidity, butterscotch sweetness, nutty finish, and smooth mouthfeel.
