Brazil - Anaerobic Natural

Voltage is very excited to bring you this lot from our new partners down in Campo das Vertentes, Brazil! We had the pleasure of meeting one of the producers, Natália Brito from Jaguar at the SCA expo back in 2022 and sampling some of her delicious coffee. We knew instantly that we wanted to work with her. At Jaguar they refer to this lot as their "Crazy Coffee" due to the fermentation process. This anaerobic natural lends itself to notes of dark chocolate covered red berry with an almost sweet rum/bourbon-like finish (no alcohol is present)
